Your goods will be kept with your personal courier at all times and for extra security and safety for your document / consignment we use tamper evident bags where the seal will be broken on delivery to the customer

Consignments should be packed ready for dispatch either individually or consolidated and submitted to our courier on collection along with all relevant paperwork.

On Board Courier will provide regular updates on the progress of your consignment throughout the journey where our operators will feed back the information via email or telephone.

Door to Door is the service where we will collect direct from your door and deliver your consignment direct to the client at its final destination delivery address.

Insurance must be covered by the sender as On Board Couriers is not responsible for each individual consignment

The customary freight security regulations apply for air transportation. We certify you as the known sender and we also inspect the consignments in a systematic security check on collection
